Full Facelift (Rhytidectomy)
A full facelift removes wrinkle-causing excess facial skin,
combined with liposuction resulting in tighter, smoother
skin and a more youthful face. This is done under general
anesthesia in an out-patient setting, and is particularly
required if there is significant fat and loose skin under
the chin.
Mini Lifts
Similar to a full face lift, a mini lift produces a younger
looking face but in less dramatic ways which makes it
possible to be done in the office with local anesthesia,
without the services of a surgery center or anesthetist. This
is especially ideal for early signs of aging and for those
patients on a budget. It is less than half the cost of a
full facelift.
Eyelid Tucks (Blepharoplasty)
A blepharoplasty involves excess eyelid skin removal and can
be both cosmetic and functional. Cosmetically it can
produce a more youthful appearance as "heavy" looking
eyelids are eliminated, allowing the “windows of the soul”
to assume their former appearance. Functionally, it can
allow those who suffer from impaired vision due to droopy
eyelids to have improved vision, especially peripheral
vision.
Cosmetic Nasal Surgery (Rhinoplasty)
Commonly referred to as a "nose job," rhinoplasty can be
performed to meet aesthetic goals or for reconstructive
purposes to correct trauma, birth defects or breathing
problems. Purely cosmetic rhinoplasties are not covered by
insurance.
Chin Augmentation (Chin Implants)
Chin implants are inserted under the skin to provide better
balanced facial proportions for a more attractive face and
silhouette. It is commonly used in conjunction with a rhinoplasty to
balance the face.
Protruding Ear Correction (Otoplasty)
An otoplasty involves reshaping the outer ear to achieve
better looking ears. Most often it is performed to pin back
protruding ears.
Forehead and Brow Lifts
A forehead or brow lift is similar to a face lift in that it
removes wrinkle causing excess skin resulting in tighter,
smoother skin, but the procedure and results are local only
to that area: the forehead or the brow. A mid-forehead lift
can be done in the office, but usually only in persons
with deep forehead wrinkles. The more extensive type must
be done in the surgery center under general anesthesia and
therefore is considerably more expensive.
Mole and Blemish Removal
Unsightly moles and blemishes can be removed quickly in the
office, almost painlessly, and with minimal scaring.
Skin Cancer Removal and Reconstruction
Dr. Neal has extensive training and experience in diagnosing
and treating skin cancer which can destroy the face if left
untreated. These are almost always treatable in the
office.
Skin Grafting
Skin grafting involves borrowing skin from one part of the
body for use on another, usually in conjunction with the
removal of skin cancers or burns, although Dr. Neal usually
performs local skin flaps and reconstruction without skin
grafts.
Scar Revision
Scar revision can significantly reduce the appearance of
unsightly scars. Every scar merits its own analysis.
Botox
Botox can temporarily smooth those moderate to severe facial
wrinkles ("crows feet" and "frown lines") with no surgery
and no recovery time. An improvement can be seen within
days, lasting for up to 4 months.

Restylane
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring molecule in our
bodies which provides fullness and elasticity to your skin.
Babies have a tremendous amount in their skin, but over time
it diminishes, causing skin to lose volume and increasing
the chance for wrinkles and folds to appear. Restylane
restores hyaluronic acid nonsurgically and results are
immediate and usually last up to 6 months.

Radiesse
Radiesse is a dermal filler that stimulates the body to
produce new collagen and is ideal for correcting the signs
of aging or adding natural contours to the face without
invasive surgery. It can be used to fill subdermal volume
loss such as hollow cheeks or deep nasolabial creases.
